The City Park Center, property of the AM Group, grows on a 40.000 sq.m. land. The City Park Tirana has been opened in Dec. 2009 and contains 150 retail units, food supermarkets, restaurants as well as leisure points like the “Cartoon Land”, a theme park for children with over 10.000 sq.m. leisure; there is also an ice skating rink more than 500 sq.m. and more than 4.000 car parking.
