2005 – 2007 Gianluca Galli worked for the owners as developer for the leasing and the management of the “Queen Outlet” in the San Marino Republic, previously named “Factory Outlet san Marino”. Just one kilometer after the border Italy – San Marino, was born the “Queen Outlet”: a very important commercial project with over 15.000 sq.m. commercial area in a very modern building with green areas and over 800 car parking. The Queen Outlet is a single body building with stores located in two commercial floors. The architecture is sober and modern, with a very international touch which makes the Queen Outlet a very fashionable and trendy center; besides coffee bars, relax areas make the shopping even more interesting and funny. A new formula has been created at “Queen Outlet”: the Department Outlet Store. With this new concept it is possible to find an innovative presentation of the stores and products concentrated in an unique area, where they find their own independent space, well integrated in a center concept. A concentration of style, image and product to satisfy the most demanding customers.
