The area of interest for the development of the Ticino largest Retail Park is located in the municipality of Arbedo-Castione, in the Bellinzona Nord area, Switzerland. Exactly in this place, in over 80.000 sq.m., it will be released the most important and well organized Retail Park, where there will be present some of the most important commercial brands in the Country and in Europe. The partners, in fact, will be Coop and Ikea; besides the Canton itself that will be the institutional partner financing a part of the project which includes the football stadium for the Bellinzona Team, playing in the first league of the Helvetian championship. Gianluca Galli and his staff have been incharged to organize and eventually manage – in the ways and forms to be defined – about 8.000 sq.m. dedicated to fashion; that means a full price/outlet centre with mono brand and multi brand stores, food court, children area and receptive areas. The project is in an advance release and the building will start shortly.
