The project for this building is located in the Reggello municipality, in front of the well known luxury outlet The Mall. The centre is worldwide known for the fashion brands stores and in the year 2006 counted over one and a half million visitors with an increasing level of notoriety and customers. The Hotel project takes place at the Sammezzano Castle feet, one of the Tuscan most suggestive castles for its unique amazing style. The Castle is surrounded by one of the Tuscan largest park with numerous sequoia, another unique and fairy place. Technical aspects of the project: the whole lot covers an area of about 6.170 sq.m. where it is possible to build about 3.250 sq.m. gross area and a volume for 9.750 m3. The primary incoming activity will very probably come from the outlet centre The Mall itself; for this reason this is not a huge project, but a relatively small hotel, dedicated to the shopping center customers. To increase the quality offer the hotel will be provided of a beauty farm and fitness center.
