The cooperation with the owner of the Fin-Reta/Gucci Immobiliare - The Mall – includes another project located in the Leccio/Incisa area: a new outlet centre named “Fashion Groove”, just a couple of kilometers from The Mall, placed in Pian Dell’Isola, exactly in front of the Dolce & Gabbana industry and outlet centre. Project The area where the project finds its destination is about 42.000 sq.m. Fashion Groove is an outlet centre with monobrand stores for fashion and luxury; the area in which the Fashion Groove is born in fact is well known for the presence of Dolce & Gabbana and The Mall and it is definitely suited for luxus and fashion. Tourists from all over the world come and visit this area with the probably highest concentration of fashion icon brands worldwide. This project includes 1.500 sq.m. of commercial area divided in 12 commercial units of about 100 sq.m. each, plus the central store about 300 sq.m.: each store has a first floor for about 60sq.m. as warehouse and office with an internal stair. There is also an elevator for the stores merchandise that can be used by them exclusively. The stores are located one near another following a sort of covered gallery about 100 m long. At one end there is the “Dot Com”, the same restaurant, coffee bar concept as at “The Mall”. The whole centre is very well organized with car and bus parking as well as with a shuttle service connected with The Mall and the agriturism and hotels of the area.
